Safety For Aviators

"As Florida-based aviators, we spend a fair amount of time over terrain that is less than "terra-firma." Originally, we'd purchased auto-inflating life vests but made the decision to place them in our wing lockers as a back up, opting instead, for the MIT 70 manual inflation model. The MIT 70 is more comfortable when donned for flights over water and should we be forced to ditch, we are no longer concerned about being challenged to exit the cockpit should it become inverted. Comfort and a better exit strategy were the reason for our decision."

Light weight and comfortable

"Shipping was fast and easy. Fit perfect. I actually bought the extender because I’m bigger and was worried it wouldn’t fit but didn’t need it as the actual PFD is adjustable and comfortable. It was easy to paddle and maneuver and I didn’t have to take it off to put my backpack back on during the portage portion of the canoe trip. Highly recommend"
