"The time-dated PFD safety device arrived almost two years into it's useful life before expiration. I complained about this, was told they don't even track expiration dates in their system, and was told I would be sent an RMA number. Weeks later, I am still waiting for that RMA number. I am not impressed."

As a sailor that like the cold water of the StLawrence River I have experienced a scary situation that could have resulted in a bad ending. When partially over bord with a inexperienced crew of friends. Would have been not good for myself to hit the water. So for this trip back on the see this fall I really appreciate the confort, the fit and really important the all ready there and ready harness. It’s a piece of mind knowing that I can be safe, protected and don’t feel obstructed. Love it and will had some more for my visitors. Thank you for the special, it make it more accessible."
"Hi. I am a big boy . 6'0" and 330 pounds. I am not your tipical client and even though your inflatable pfd does fit me and is ok, longer shoulder straps would allow the pfd to rest a little lower on the front. This being said, I and already verry happy that your equipment does fit me."
